I had one, and used it for years and years, but we had to cut down the tree it was attached to after a storm and now don't have it anymore.Pat @ Mille Fiori Favoritihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08922525910685129822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5590469037415984465.post-77443485901697352482009-05-11T15:36:00.000-07:002009-05-11T15:36:00.000-07:00I am bowing before you. But, then I would have to walk on the grass, stopped that in Florida when I discovered snakes live in the CITY, someone would have to weed it (snakes, again), skunks, racoons and bears would most likely hang around for treat gathering, too. Yup, you really crossed the line with chickens! LOL! I really do admire your changes. Now, me, I want back to a nice "safe" city! :-) Heavy on the people, light on the critters. Loved your post.Nancyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06522725338783631084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5590469037415984465.post-13191858617949281512009-05-11T13:26:00.000-07:002009-05-11T13:26:00.000-07:00What a great post! (and you are right...had it been raining I would have bought one of those pretty pink umbrellas). I was dragged kickin' and screamin' out here to the country. Going to the grocery store is a major ordeal and takes up most of the day, since it's 10,000 miles away. I have decided this Spring I want chickens and just found out (not being a country girl) is you don't need a rooster to have fresh eggs. :)

What a delightful blog you have. I hope it's okay to link it to my "take me away" blogs to read.
