Flushing the toilet or pumping from the well didn't occur to me and it should have since we have a cabin with a well. <br />When the power is out I always reach for a light switch when I walk into a room out of habit. <br />We have a gas stove so I can still cook when the power is out. My sister bought me a thermal French press to make coffee in once I boil water on the gas stove ...dilemma...how will I grind the coffee beans with no power. <br />Perspective.
