It's A Good Thing I'm Retired Or I Wouldn't Have Time For This

Managing my supplements is a full time job.  Swallowing them is another.

Edit:  Son came over and saw pill container.  May I tell you about the thirty minute lecture about how humans evolved in the form we are in now for a bazillion years without these, and if I eat the right whole foods I will get all of the nutrients I need without  taking this crap, blah, blah, blah.

Years ago we used to have fun teasing Rick's mom about her vitamins and stuff that she was faithfully taking. Now, we're eating a bit of crow, because our weekly pill minders are looking just like hers, and yours... ahem.

It gets confusing, doesn't it? I just pop the One A Day!

LOL - my son works at a health food store and he's always telling us to take this and that and it usually helps but we give up on them - why can't ice cream be a supplement we all need?

Looks like my pill case! Then I have to add all the prescription ones.

A friend of mine sells a "line" of supplements and she has a tackle box of daily ... stuff ... that she takes. No wonder she is so slim. There is no room for food in there once she takes all those pills throughout the day.
