Great display of heroes. Richard added his brother's name for his three trips to Vietnam.
Thank you, Heroes.

Livin' On Tulsa Time
Oklahoma Indulgence! It doesn't get any better!
While I was gone the Blogspot people messed with my bidness. I am sure I'll like it when I figure it out. My next few posts might be strange, but then again when haven't they been?

| The two people in front are brother and sister. The people in back? Well, they let us hang out with them. |
More Tulsa Time
That's odd. We live off of 44 in Ca! Why did we have to fly on two different planes to get here? Still off of 44.
I got to spend a whole day with my good friend Judy. We have been friends since grade school.
We went to an art fair. I didn't feel that they would like for me to be taking pictures of their art secrets, so I refrained...except for these two.
Now WHY didn't I get a photo of the two of us together?
Probably alzheimers. Probably because we were so busy visiting and enjoying the day!
I have one more thing to say; Changing time zones and changing from Daylight Savings Time to Standard has screwed up my inner time bidness. Odd. I am not even "Into" Time to begin with. Why should I care?

He Still Knows How To Show a Girl a Good Time
Rancher Fishy and I had a hot date today.

We went in to Town.

We went to see Dr. Casey for our check-up
While we waited we played with his tools.

He always tells us jokes. Today's favorite one was about a homeless man walking into a bar and asked for a dozen shots of whiskey. After the bartender set them down, the man began to toss them back at light speed.

The barkeep asked him why he was drinking them so fast. He answered, "If you had what I have, you'd drink this fast too."
"What do you have?" asked the bartender, stepping back.

"Seventy- five cents."Was the answer.
We also went to get our teeth cleaned by Tammie. I took a picture of her terrible pointy sticks. She didn't tell me any jokes, but she did put "Top Gun" on her TV for me to listen to.

Oh!...and between these two appointments we went to Red Robin for lunch. There wasn't enough time to get his first choice luncheon, which is a hot dog from Costco.
PS. My blood pressure was 110 over 80.

Drive-thru Flu Shots! Oh Goodie!
We went for an old people's outing today.
We found a road side farmer's market.
Old people like those.

We ate breakfast in a place we've never been before and it was DE-licious.
It was huge and came on a platter as big as a tray.
I took a picture of the food, but my computer said it couldn't recognize the format.
Probably because I called it breakfast and my computer thought it was food to feed a third world country.

Then we got flu, tetanus, pertuses, and pneumonia shots.

I wish I had cross out abilities. I would show you how many ways I spelled pertussis wrong and then write "whooping cough."

Doesn't this look like fun?

Where Is My Surprise?
When I come home from the store (or anywhere!)

Searches the bags for the 'prize that she knows

is always there. I can not go home without a surprise because she is so cute when she searches through the bags.
This puppy has me well trained.

A Tidy Workshop is a Sign Of a Sick Mind
Should I clean this up a bit?

I don't know...
It looks pretty daunting.

I decided to follow the advice I often gave my children when they were faced with cleaning their tornado swept rooms; Just pick up one thing and put it where it belongs, then pick up one more thing and put it where it belongs.

Repeat.
Repeat
Repeat until you can see the floor.

I followed this sage advice for two hours.
The bottom four photos are what it looks like now.
Not much difference.
Huh.
You know that TV show called hoarders?
Do you think I should worry?

I am definitely NOT EVER going to be featured in the magazine, "Where Women Create."
