We Olive In a Yellow Submarine.

This is a new store in El Dorado Hills.
They sell Olive oil and other related goodies.
You can take your own bottle and fill it up there, or of course you can use one of their bottles.
They have THE BEST Balsamic Vinegar. Sounds odd, even to me. But it tastes like it is made of plums. They gave us some brownies that had been made with mandarin olive oil (I KNOW!!!) and they were delicious!
I understand there are some more "We Olive" stores about. I can not vouch for them but this one is run by a very friendly family. We were excited to find that we don't have to drive to Napa Valley for fresh olive oil now.

We have a great little shop that offers similar goodies.
I should visit more often to forget that I'm in the anus of America.
I fear balsamic vinegar, but you've never mislead me before...

That is amazing! I would love to go there! Though it's sort of the opposite coast . . .

There's a winery near our house that has a few awesome olive oils (including and AMAZING basil olive oil), and I can't imagine how crazy I'd go in this store! Great name, too.

I could drink balsamic right out of the bottle. I just love it. The good stuff that is... not the really cheap stuff.
It is really good on strawberries. Oh ya.
I would go broke at that store for sure.

LOVE the title Lynn!!! I've heard others get frustrated over coming up with a title for their posts.. I just let it come to me, brilliant or not, as I write the post.. ANYWAYS, this little shop looks like a fun little place to visit! It looks like there are as many oils as flavors of coffee!! WHO KNEW?!! ~tina
