Yeah, I've got this dish thing. My house is small since we moved up north. My china cabinet is full. Alas, now when I see a color and pattern that I like, I just get a couple of pieces. This is sitting on my kitchen counter. Doesn't it look nice there?
When the pupu/cocktail hour comes, I can put veggies on the plate around the wee bowl filled with Bob's Bleu Cheese Dressing. If you live somewhere that doesn't have Bob's, my heart goes out to you. I have known people to take it (on ice) on a plane to far-away lands.

I am afraid I don't have access to Bob's Bleu Cheese Dressing; I guess I am deprived. But I'll pay for a plane ticket for anyone who wants to deliver it to NJ, if it's that good! :-)

Hi Lyn, I smiled at you comment. I couldn't keep spoons in my silverware drawer. LOL. I too have a smaller house. Storage is majorly a problem. I'm glad you liked my post. I love the colors in your dish. Bleu Cheese Dressing...Mmmmmm. What is so good about Bob's?

Me again! Thanks for the lovely compliment on my blog. I began "blogging" in October but didn't get really into it until months later; it's fun and a bit addictive.
I especially appreciate the "you are a good writer" comment. I, too, wanted to be Erma Bombeck! I worked as a radio reporter and newspaper feature writer in my life B. C. (Before Children). Words have supported our family for 30 years; my husband and I met working at the same radio station.
And what IS so great about Bob's? I have an unhealthy love of bleu cheese dressing. Better than chocolate.

Oh my gosh! I live in a small house too and my mother-in-law is constantly complaining about ALL my dishes! I love collecting pretty dishes...(sigh) my weakness I admit. What a beautiful set you have!!
