Well, with the exception of being a little unorganized on the big day itself, I think I pretty much have the hang of it now!.. I do remember my FIRST turkey though.. I apparently forgot to take the neck out! YUCK!.. The rest of the turkey was still delicious though, if you were able to get beyond the neck thing!! (0; ~tina
Boy, I wish I'd had this 22 years ago when I cooked my first Thanksgiving dinner. At this point, I can practically do it in my sleep. Actually, considering that DH insists on having "turkeyzilla", I guess I do start cooking in my sleep lol. Sounds like a great gift for a new bride. Although if I tried to get away with canned cranberries I would not live to cook another meal! Kathy
Lynn - thanks for posting. Hopefully your commenters might remember this when a niece/nephew, child gets married.I am sending a couple to some newlyweds that I know quite well.Like the others I wish I had this 30 years ago I wouldn't be so afraid of Turkeyzilla today.
I don't cook Lynn so I won't even bother looking LOL...... being a bit silly tonight, but it is true. Thank goodness I have the best cook ever, my husband, and he enjoys it too :)
