Outdoor Wednesday from Above

OK, Now. I have no idea how this first photo got into my collection of outdoor photos, nor do I know how to remove it Please recall, everything I do on the computer is by accident.

It is from the time we were moving from Orange County to Shasta County.
It is outdoors.

The rest of the photographs, (I hope) are of my home in Shasta County,

and the area around it, from the air. My son, having maxed out his ways of freaking his mother out, decided to get his pilots license a few years ago.

Now I get to see things from a birds eye view on a regular basis. As if I didn't have enough things to worry about regarding my boy child.

This is where I live.

I thought I'd give outdoor Wednesday a new angle

Happy Outdoor Wednesday Lynn~ You are so funny... but the first photo is outside ...perhaps a yard sale full of treasures... so it would do for an outdoor post, my friend! I love the aerial shots... you are right... a post from a different angle! Thanks for sharing your photos.~ Susan

Oh My Goodness, I am just waiting for my middle son to say he wants to learn to fly.

So far he is giving us gray hair on his dirt bike and begs for permission to get a "rocket" real bike.

Well, you get the benefit of big views since your son soars.

Beautiful countryside. I love the creek (that's what we would call it, actually it looks like a small flowing river!) running through the land. Do you have horses or livestock? You DO have a spot of heaven :)

Amazing pics, Lynne! Thanks for showing us your area from the upper angle. My hubby has a pilot's license too but I wouldn't allow him to fly again. It scares me...Christine

Oh, my...what great photos.
My hubby learned to fly years ago and I was scared out of my ever-lovin' mind..decided I needed to learn to at least land and take off....just in case. I did, I hated it, I didn't solo (are you CRAZY?) AND I absolutely won't go up in a small plane. :(
Come see me again sometime..
