Welcome To A Little Snippet of My Life

For reasons unknown to humans, some dogs feel compelled to help with the mopping.
Few care to bite the vacuum too.
But Lexie does. She thinks the vac is playing with her.
I have tried to tell her that normal dogs are run and hide when the vacuum comes out. But not her.
She helps with all manner of making things tidy.

What a cutie!! :-)

My dog barks like crazy at the vacuum. He obviously hates to see all the food crumbs disappear!

My cats think the broom and mop are prey and have also been known to stalk the vacuum. When they catch it they sit on the flex so that I can no longer move it about. I wish we could translate this enthusiasm to *really* get them to do the chores!

So cute - and helpful! My dogs used to bark at the vacuum, now they just ignore it. No help from those guys!

What is this "mopping" you speak of?

Just one of those ways pets earn their keep! They can't just be cute all the time with no work!!!

Hi Lynn! Lexi is such a cutie!! My cats run, but Boo tends to think he's missing out on something so he follows me around with the vacuum. He has not YET tried to bite it! (0;

Ohhhhh that's so funny Lynn :) Cooper doesn't pull on anything like the mop but when I vaccum he get's every single toy he has and brings it to the room I am vacuuming, making me angry because I have to then pick them all up as I try to vacuum. He does it over and over so it takes me twice as long. He doesn't seem to be afraid of anything yet LOL, they are so sweet though, he lights up my days :)
